Gym at 5am is starting to suck more and more every morning. I've been running on 6 hours of sleep total the last two nights. God bless preworkouts.

So I'm nursing my gf. currently into this RICE method and aftet the swelling subsides I'll treat her by alternating heat and cold packs. after a week or whenever there is lesser pain, I'll get her to rwsume activuties but limit her to cycling and exercises that don't put much pressure on her foot.

am I doing this right? and no Ryan I ain't giving her my D

for now :eyebrows:
