I've stopped getting excited about JayZ albums since many years ago.

Every new album is like the same ****, I made 200mil this year, 100 the year before... I have an empire now and I'm bigger than Biggie.. rinse, repeat X10 and you get the same old JayZ track. I don't have to listen to a background beat for that ****, I can read it on wikipedia or something.

i assume youre referring to blueprint 3 becuase American Gangster was an awesome album.

Yeah he hasn't made many in recent years right? His old stuff is solid.

i would say the only bad albums Jay has made recently (or ever for that matter) are kingdom come and the blueprint 3. watch the throne is whatever, i dont really judge that album as something serious.

I thought Vol. 1 was ****.

Blueprint 3 was different but it's far from bad.

also my saturday night recap:

started drinking around 4 at a mates for his birthday got trashed
forgot i had a drinks date with this cute persian girl at 7 so i rock up there pretty hammered. coherent enough to get a kiss as she went to meet up with her gurlz and i went back to drink more
around 10 we go pick up some blow and mollies
rack up for a few hours ~12am
birthday boy passes out as we're about to head to club
im thinking 'fk this wot do i do now'
another m8 calls me and goes, wanna go out (same club cos its the most fun in sydney)
im like **** yeah, his friend is driving and comes to pick me up
i am not awared of an apparent detour via a bachelors party at a strip club
i have never been inside a strip club and am generally not a fan of them
pretty restless while my m8s get lapdances etc
eventually leave for club at 2am
by the time we get there my friends don't get in but i know the doorgirl so i sweettalk my way in
drop molly and drink more until around 8am, run into another friend
make friends with some pretty cool french guys and italian girls
go back to theirs and play fifa- and take tequila shots for every goal conceeded
pass the **** out at 2pm and sleep for the next 15 hours

I'm sure he'll rap about sports stuff more this time around. Not like he has anything else going on in his life. Not like he's fresh of slinging rock anymore.
