Oscar sucks...he doesn't deserve a statue outside Staples. Someone needs to put some fish nets and lipstick on the oscar statue, and then send it off to Vegas

Chick was the best ever. I can't stand Joel Meyer, his face is meant for radio. Joel and Spero Dedes need to swap spots, and Lakers radio broadcast should go back to am570...BSPN radio SUCKS!!!

Stu Lantz needs to just be fired, he is the worst commentator I've ever heard in years of watching the nba. Chick is a hall of famer.

I love Stu. I'll miss him when he's gone. He's one of the few homer commentators that finds a way to always be objective. Plus, he's the only remaining link to my child hood days of listening to Chick and Stu in the 80's and 90's.

homer is an understatement... chick was the complete opposite.

stu isn't a homer. a listen to some of the announcers around the league would show you a real homer.


i personally like spero and mt way better, but stu and joel at least aren't homers.

Mine is: "The mustard came off of the hot dog." when someone tried to show off with a fancy dunk and ends up blowing it.

chick to me is the magic johnson of commentators. the best that ever done it. his statue is well deserved.

+1. my fav stu-ism: 'that was nawwwwwwwice' man that used to bug the hell out of me now i cant stop using it. everytime i see/hear stu I'm reminded of Chick.
