Charles Barkely was on rome today and had a few things to say. He calls Kobe old and says he is on the down-side of his career.
Also is very certain that the Cavs will win the title this year....

the way the nba and all this midia support lebron is desgusting, then lebron loses again, and kobe keep selling more jerseys, winning rings...a broadcast of a cavs game is almost impossible to listen cause of the way they suck lelooser balls, goo kobeee

Kobe isn't old just beat up. His body has taken a beating over the years. He still is one a hell of a player and an incredible drive but LBJ is obviously the best player in the game and its not even close.

I'm sorry but Charles Barkley is a joke sometimes !
Kobe's not old, he's tired ! He needs rest, a long rest. We'll see how LeBron will be at 31. Kobe needs to heal his entire body and you got your Black Mamba back.

It's only a matter of time until Lebron wins some rings of his own. It would take an act of god to prevent that from happening.
With that said, I can't wait to see next year if Kobe's horrible second half of the season has been his finger or just the beginning of his decline. We forget even Hollinger was loving Kobe 5 months ago.

39 5 1 isn't too bad considering it was against a better defensive team and his outside shooters and most of his big men didn't hit crap to help him out...
But even the biggest Kobe homer like myself understands that LeBron is a more dominant player. Notice how I didn't say better, because I don't think that is the case, but he is younger, bigger, stronger and harder to stop at this point in time. I still maintain however that Kobe is still the superior player overall, better shooter, better post game, better understanding of the game, the moment, and the big play.
Yes Kobe is on the downside of his career, there is no doubt about that, but that doesn't mean he can't be like second 3 peat MJ for a few years either. He's shown the improved post game, and people rag on his shot selection and whatnot, but he's improved his facilitating the last few years, especially when the team needs it the most.

Last year game 1 of the finals. Bigger stage and against a better team.

kobe is old in terms of basketball seasons,and yet he still gives us 27/5/5. i will take that and a ring any day of the week over some nice stats at the expense of my teammates. people are going to miss kobe when he is gone. he is the last of the truly old school mentallity greats imo. lebron is the flavor of the month just like wade was in 2006,but what people seem to forget is in the last two years kobe has helped the USA reclaim the top spot in the world as far as basketball goes. he has also taken his team to two finals and won one,while winning a regular season,and finals mvp. if that is somehow bad then so be it.

Thunder = Not a better defensive team then the Bulls.
Yes Kobe's on the downside of his career, still an amazing player... but Lebron is far and away by himself at the top now.

LOL Barkley is just bitter after tnt interviewed him after winning the title Barkley looked so sad Kobe got his 4th and said he wasn't satisfied but Barkley couldn't even win one, Kobe is injured period if he wasn't he would have been mvp no doubt about it, when Lebron hits 30 he will suck because he is just athletic and has no fundamentals

lmao lebron is not far and away better than anyone. he puts up nice stats because everything goes through him for his team. he is a nice player but his homers make themselves look stupid with alot of their talk about him. he is faster and bigger,but better

sorry but the thunder would probably kill the bulls in a series. with their shot blocking,westbrook is just as fast as rose. their is no one on the bulls to match up with durant. not even worth discussing really.
