I almost look at Powell and Mbenga as staples on this team for the minimum. They are great 11th and 12th men from a talent and morale/leadership standpoint.
They are fantastic in their roles. Bring 'em back.

I would rather see Powell back I think the Lakers can find a cheaper younger replacement for Benga they can bring back Elonu, draft a C with 58th pick and bring in a couple of more guys from the D league and summer leagues and have them all compete with each other for that spot during training camp and preseason.

they are simply practice players and occasionally subs
