Serious Michael Jordan Question

Post#1 » by The_Trade_Seer » Sun May 2, 2010 1:21 am

WHY didn't Jordan play for the Lakers when he came out of retirement in 2001-2 and 2002-3? He only earned about 2mil total for those two years so we could have easily afforded him and even paid him more, he would have been playing with PJ who he loved, he would have won titles #7 and #8, etc, etc, etc?

Man, what a mistake he made to sign with the Wizards, woops.

The combined ego of KObe, Shaq, PJ and MJ would have brought the the next Nuke war to LA.

Seriously?

I think it's quite obvious.

Lakers suck at the teat of momma stern, and Mike likes gatorade. Duh.

He wanted to lead the Wiz to play-offs

He never did

He would not want Kobe to learn from him as Rip did.

I remember reading some hack "expert" write an article when Jordan was coming back, before the season started, saying that the Lakers should trade Kobe to the Wizards for Jordan and have a trio of Phil/Jordan/Shaq to go on their title run.

Classic case of someone who was in love with Jordan absolutely hating everything about Kobe. I forget who wrote it though.
