Just joined recently. Been a long time member at ClubLakers. Decided to join Real GM to discuss topics on the general boards, b/c it brings a different fan perspective from just talkin w/ fellow laker fans over at CL, but mainly joined to weed out the haters on the general board and give them a good verbal whoopin when needed.

Anyhow, first post on the lakers board. Hi fellas.

BTW....Always wanted to join Real GM since like 2006, but I could've sworn that they wouldn't let you sign up unless you had a paid email account or something. But when I tried recently with a normal yahoo email account, it let me sign up..Weird. Anyhow, been reading the general boards since 2006, and I already know who all the laker / kobe haters are...This is gonna be fun.

And dont question the validity of my account "brah" or my laker fan status, you should know the kind of comeback you should expect after an accusation like that, and what I should say to you I wont. They call me GK. Never posted at LA only sites, but was around OTR for awhile and RealBallers back in the day - also was an Admin at PSDCentral and own(ed) .o2Designz.

Not sure if I would be able to stand posting on Lakers only sites. I check them out mostly during the free agency period and right before the deadline for rumors but Realgm has got everything I need. From the Lakers only board to the general board there is a lot of info that at times is more than enough on keeping fans updated on what is going on in the league.

I am a former CL member myself. A long time OG member.....welcome aboard. I just also started posting on Real GM so it's good to have a neighborhood new guy.

I agree to this. One of the very best features of RealGM is the team forums in my opinion. It keeps us in the know of what certain fan bases opinions are of their players, games, events, drafts and just whats happening in general. I've spent hours at times just skimming through threads of other teams. Great stuff around here.

LOL same thing kept me from signing up for awhile too. Welcome to the board. Lot's of loyal Laker fans here not a bunch of bandwagoners enjoying the current success like you'll find on a lot of other forums.
