What do you guys think of him being on this team? Per Wiretap, Cavs are "closer" to dealing him. His contract is coming up (and only partially guaranteed for '10-'11), but that's not what I'm really concerned with (that's for Buss).

Do you guys think he's a good fit for us?

IMO, he's perfect for us. He has the skill set to play in the Tri and his biggest shortcomings (which are all mental, IMO) are what we PJ the big bucks for.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, if Gilbert really wants to ensure Lebron doesn't win anytime soon, he should be looking to help us out!

IMO I think he's ALOT better then Brown/Sasha even with his issues....but I dont see us having anything that Clev wants.

Fantastic fit, and the Cavs might be receptive to dealing him to us to help take down Lebron.

Gomes was a worse player on a similar non guaranteed contract and he, combined with the 16th pick only brought back Martell Webster. Not sure what it would take to get Delonte, maybe something like Sasha+Caracter/Ebanks/Future picks.

Sasha/2011 1st should peak their interest maybe add either nyk or mia 2011 2nd with West I dont think we'll need to bring back Brown with his inflated price tag and could use the money for KT.

I think it would be rather funny if we had Delonte. Right now everyone is talking Lakers - Heat and whenever people would see Delonte step on the court people would get a kick out of it.

On the court, he'd be a great fit. As for his personality and issues it'd be another season-long project for Phil like Ron was last season but I'm not sure it would be worth the possibility he goes ape sh*t in mid-March.

Maybe ST with Shannon Brown + Sasha? Don't know if the numbers work?

West makes less then Sasha, so adding Brown makes things worse unless we can get Parker back and some fillers or something.

That actually works better, I expected him to make more than the 4.3 he got last season.

LeBron James will psyched out when he see Delonte West on a Laker uniform IF its gon be Lakers Vs. Miami on June. Maybe we can let Delonte guard LeBron. Lol.

yea parker/west combo would be AWESOME for Brown/Sasha

If you can package Delonte for Walton then go for it. Jackson can work miracles with head cases.

I would love to see the signs in a Heat-Lakers game, if the Lakers do sign West.

If getting West means trading Sasha and his expiring, I say no. I think the Lakers can get more for Sasha and his expiring (with some fillers) down the road.

you gona be serverly disappointed then, $5mill expiring isn't something teams will flock to obtain especially for player as useless as Vujabrick.

+1 to the first part. We will absolutely NOT get anything better for Sasha than a very skilled combo guard with size and athleticism to boot with a partially guaranteed expiring contract. Thats a no brainer.
