The Lakers are still very much interested in re-signing free-agent swingman Shannon Brown.
"Kupchak indicates he expects to re-sign Shannon Brown in coming weeks," Kevin Ding of the Orange County Register wrote on his Twitter page on Friday afternoon.

I would also love to have him back. He's still young and very athletic. I think he'll improve as time goes by.

He would be smart to get a long term deal where ever he goes. With a long out coming next summer. Players are looking for security and deals that will take them thru the lock out, just do not know what the Lakers have left to offer.

hell yea lets get him back////member when kobe was hurt and he stepped up for those five games or so.....give shannon the oppurtunity and he will produce.....his amazing dunks and athletic plays are momentum changers.....that in itself is worth resigning him....that will mean that either ebanks or caracter will prolly have to go over seas, so be it in my opinion. We are very high on them and with good reason, but lets still remember they are second round picks.
