who cares? let wade have his ranking. i am sure kobe doesn't even care about this stuff anymore. you have to understand kobe is considered the past to alot of people. most of the guys he came in with are not really relevant anymore. wade and his class represent the present. hey as long as he leads us to another ring,I don't care if he is ranked 3,000.

Well said M1F, really.......who cares ? I'm more worried about Kobe getting ring No. # 6 than some damn paper ranking. I know it's fans here that love absolutely everything about Kobe, but sometimes you just have to let sh*t fly and hit nothing sometimes in life. It means nothing people.

Think about it, it's only a few guys that's respected in the league that can say they beat Kobe when it counted (The Finals). That's KG and Chauncey, after that it ain't many who can boast. So why worry about some damn paper ranking ?

Wade's stats is what made the difference for this guy who ranked them. I mean, yeah, Wade has some good stats, but hey, when Kobe wants to do smth., nothing stands in his way, and if he wanted, he could average 30+7+7 too, easily !

I bet Kobe doesn't give a damn thing about all this stuff going around and he's not trying to silence LeBron or Wade's fans. He just sees one thing in front of him, and that's the legacy of a legendary champion.

What did that thing say? Who is rated over Kobe? Sorry guys, I can't hear and read much right now, I am busy watching the Lakers championship DVD starring Kobe Bryant. Just count Kobes rings and his all first NBA awards and player of the month and week awards and all his trios to the playoffs and finals. Should tell who has been the better player and who will still be that better player.

Wades just another **** on the list. It started with tmac and now its wade. Lbj fans are quiet and now people are hyping wade up. Whose next durant, tyreke, these so called better players are like the kobe stoppers.

Jazz fan...as such I'm obviously not a huge kobe supporter.

That doesn't mean I don't recognize him as the best SG in the league. I think you can really make a case for Wade, but in the end I think people like to rank players > Kobe as some kind of pretentious statement of feigned originality.

You just can't go by stats alone...Wade is obviously forced to do more on what was a sub-par team. Bryant knows when to turn it on and off...for how talented he is he has matured and become very controlled, contributing to the Laker's team dynamic rather than trying to keep the spotlight on himself and off of Gasol. I noticed that when he helped you knock off the Jazz these last 2 years...he makes the extra pass, deflects to other teammates or takes control when needed. IMO, that's an attribute of talent that is oft ignored. I feel like Deron is the same way for us, and sometimes his reputation suffers for it.

In the end, the best player is the one that does whatever it takes to help his team win, and Kobe's multiple rings are a testament to him in that sense.

Now if only he weren't such a douche.

I like this report. If and when Kobe reads this, he'll use it as motivation to prove people wrong like he's always done.
