i never understand why lebrons always rated so high. the guy has no intangibles. he should still be dominant but not rated so high because then that means he has no weakness in his game which is completely false.

Dirk is only an 83,David West is only a 75. Ratings have been assbackwards for years.

Ratings aren't going to be universally agreed upon. I find myself wondering what they were thinking a lot of the time with the ratings, but it is what it is.

Yeah well any educated fan would know Ben Wallace 74 is not better then Joakim Noah. Wallace should be a 62.

Shocking news...

Elite 11 delayed their game.

I don't know if you guys saw the Hook Shot Glitch, but yes you could hit hook shot threes and rarely miss. That must have been the final straw.

No word on when or if they will release the game. My guess is they skip a year. Total embarrasment by EA, heads gotta be rolling.

NBA Jam will now come out on Wii next week, and NBA Jam will also be released to PS3 and 360 in December. I assume it will be the full game avaialble on disk, but it could be available on the PSN or XBOX Live. It's gotta be the full game, because the plan was to be available by DL on the stores next week.

As well Live 10 gets a happy ending they get free DNA and Roster Updates until 2011. Wow!

I do not want to pay another $60 for 2K this year because the bells and whistles are great this year, but it's the same game at the core it was in 2K9 IMO. I wish Kobe got this treatment Jordan is getting now last year. Haters would riot tho. MJ is untouchable to most.

When they came out with the rating system last year I remember reading somewhere an explanation of why Rondo was so high. He is a good rebounder for a point guard and he is also a good passer.

The same can be said for Lebron. He can the scoring tools. Maybe his scoring tools aren't as good as some other guys but when you throw in athleticism, rebounding, passing, and what not its easy to see why he has a high rating. I think it would be fair to have Lebron's rating be the highest with Kobe and Wade behind him. Chris Paul is way to high and so is Tim Duncan. No way Tim Duncan is up there anymore. I would say mid to high 80s is fair.

EA is like the sweat shop of video game makers. Long hours, low pay and high turnover on their development team. No wonder their quality sucks.

from IGN

Honestly, the stuff with Michael Jordan is reason enough to pick up NBA 2K11. The fact that 2K Sports did so much more with this game and improved it so greatly over last year's title is stunning. This isn't just the best basketball game ever; it's the best sports game of this generation.

OT: NBA Elite 11 Delayed

Post#18 » by VanExeleNT » Sat Oct 2, 2010 8:54 pm

Well I haven't been a fan of NBA LIVE or now NBA ELite since 96 but i thought maybe this year they would change their robotic game play, but it looks like I will have to wait to find out.

Don't know if this has been posted but it looks like the game wasn't ready so its delayed:

http://kotaku.com/5649371/nba-elite-11- ... y-holidays

I will stick to NBA 2k11 even though last years game disappointed me, even if it had KB24 on the cover.

Hopefully this year it will be better.

so for kobes rating, where would the weakness be? Athletic ability? Theres more to It then leaping. Kobe has no weakness in his game. Thats why i think he should be rated the highest
