Lakers General Manager Mitch Kupchak was a member of the 1977-78 Washington Bullets NBA Championship team. Wizards guard Nick Young played collegiately at USC (2004-07) and in high school locally at Cleveland HS in Reseda, CA. Wizards assistant coach Mike Wells was an assistant coach on the Lakers bench for the 2004-05 season.

More importantly though, 20 games in and this will be the 1st time the idiot Flip Saunders has started the Wall-Gil backcourt. They started it 1 other time but that doesnt really count since he was dumb & started his favorite in Hinrich right along with them. Another small ball handler to take the ball away from them. This will be the 1st time all year that they will run there normal lineup with everyone in there normal roles, besides Josh Howard. Atleast, thats what a source said. Ill still believe Kirk coming off the bench when I see it
