First and foremost, I'm a HUGE Shannon Brown supporter. His athleticism is unreal but what's caught my eye this year is how well-rounded his game has become, shooting almost 50% from 3pt range!!

My friend sent me over this website www.downtownshannonbrown.com and there seems to be a new campaign to send Shannon Brown to the 3pt Contest. We know the power of the internet and what we were able to do with the "Let Shannon Dunk" campaign. Let's rally everyone behind Brown and have him represent the Lakers in LA this Feb!

all he needs is a teammate to put his hand in his face and a shot clock to expire as he takes every shot from 3 feet behind the line and he might put up a perfect score.

I would like to see Shannon enter the dunk contest again so he could redeem himself from last years disastrous performance.

No thank you, I don't really want him thinking he's a 3 point shooter all of a sudden. I would like to see him attack the basket more frequently. His jumper is much improved, but it seems like he's not attacking the rim that much anymore because of it.

I would like it, but after last year, I think he needs to stay the **** away from All-Star Weekend.

Gonna be kind of hard to stay away since All-Star Weekend is in Los Angeles this year.

I agree - that wasn't even fooling around caliber performance

I suggested "LetShannonShoot" in this thread but maybe I shouldn't. The guy is not a 3-pt specialist, so maybe let's just save him from another embarrassment.

I don't think Shannon would do well in the 3pt contest because his release is that fast.
