Is Phil Jackson the problem with this many of these losses honestly no matter what is going on, on the court he never adjust he always brings in FIsher. When was the last time Fisher came in and somethin good has happened its always a close game then Fisher comes in and we are down 20 every time i turn around. Is it time someone else took over this team cuz it seems like Phil has just loss it, do yall think its time we give the couching job to someone else?

Yes, he's part of the problem. As a guy known as a motivator, he's done a piss poor job of keeping this team motivated, and his coaching decisions have been suspect for several years now.

You mean like when a player is hot keep them rolling something phil just refuses to do and just yanks them anyways. For players to start playing they gotta be on the floor to get into the flow. something phil refuses to do if your name is not Fisher Kobe or Gasol

I don't think Phil is part of the problem. These are just regular season games and things he does are lessons to prepare this team for the playoffs.

Please explain how having the team lose so many games helps the team in the playoffs? Having to play on the road is not a good thing its a Bad thing every game we start off bad why we dont put out our best team on the floor .

I don't like how often Kobe has the ball in his hands. I would like to see Kobe play off the ball more because this just isn't working for him anymore. Our offense looks like crap and to be honest Kobe isn't helping. He gets it taken away way too much now.

Phil certainly isn't helping, Kobe's the only player in the NBA that can get away with taking an enormous amount of shots, miss most of them, and still be allowed to not only play a lot of minutes, but keep shooting those same shots.

Isnt that on Phil Jackson? He is running the show he sets the plays and tells the players what do. if your not liking kobe with the ball in his hands thats a Phil Jackson problems every problem the Lakers have is a Phil Jackson problem.

i too do no think its the coach's or staffs' fault...its up to the players to deliver....i honestly think the reason why Phil takes out players that are on a roll is to get everyone goin as well and not just certain individuals, which is the right thing to do

I'm more bugged about phil's rotations. barnes was playing great early in the game, how the F did brown; a guy who just shot 1-11 end up having more minutes than him.

You really can't trust to have the ball in Fisher and Artest's hands. Lamar and Pau are great with the ball in their hands but were horrible at getting them the ball.

you see that's the problem the lakers have. we're hanging onto past 'reputations'.

Jesus, is this the first year you have watched the Lakers under Phil. Seriously? Phil does these type of mind games with his players often to build a thick skin, to endure loss, endure pain. Experience humility and overcome. That's Phil and you should already know this by now. Relax, with the knee jerk reactions. We aren't the Magic that will need a drastic trade after losing 5 straight games.

Phil 11 rings, so again no and lastly there really is no need to explain his coaching credentials to a random interweb guy like yourself.

at the same time, i've read/heard time and time again how players appreciate knowing when they're going to come into a game.

and the concern about kobe, thats not a battle phil is going to win.

It is called experience and it is one of the most important characteristics a coach can have. Phil doesn't seem to be worried, neither should you.

not just talking about phil. artest,kobe,fisher,gasol...etc they're all playing crap.

hopefully this team can find their grove late in the season. this happened last year and we end up getting the chip, but this is def worse though. me, I'll just wait till the season and playoffs are over before I judge.
