good interview... although his answers are nothing new. he has such a laid back (no panic mode) type mentality (but personally i dont know if that makes me happy or upset)

- Talked about defense and how they're working on adjustments (compares it to a golfer changing his shot and how it takes a while to get used to it)
- Talked about how everyone's trying to find their motivation throughout the season, and how winning a championship isn't good enough because thats not until later.

- The funny part of the interview is when they asked him how he feels about the fans getting upset about their losses... and he says to "get over it"

Get over it? I'll get over it when he sends me a check to reimburse me for NBA League Pass.

On a serious note, I understand what he's saying. We're all fan(atic)s and we aren't used to seeing the team perform poorly for such long stretches, so we're going to complain up a storm when things aren't going right. The reality is that we all knew we had a certain window of opportunity before the tides turned, and I think the general fear among Lakers fans is that the tides are turning a bit sooner than expected. This year will be incredibly tough because there are 4 other teams that look primed to make a strong run (2 of them have handed us our asses already), so we're all panicking as a result.

the loses isn't the problem, its the way they are losing, forming bad habits....

Talk is cheap. Not that i want to doubt Kobe's dedication to the championship but this team simply isn't getting any better. Game after game, they talk about the problems that they have, which is fine. Except, come next game, they make the same exact mistakes over and over again. That is NOT how you fix a problem! I have not seen anyone on this entire team that really made any changes despite the negative results, and that's why it is so worrisome.

Oh Kobe, I'll get over it REAL QUICK when you start leading this team to sum WINZ again.
