dude was projected to be back sooner then Bynum 2 weeks ago, still dont see him in a uni.

He's 3,000 years old and it takes much longer to recover from injuries when you're that age. Trust me I know. I'm surprised they predicted that he would be back that fast in the first place since the type of injury he had is usually a 6-8 week thing (meaning you should add at least 2 weeks because of Theo's advanced age).

from what i recall, after the good reports about his progress, ratliff was getting some swelling and pain so they slowed everything down.

I warned people about Ratliff last summer. He's a good guy, but he hasn't played a full season in forever. Don't expect more than 50 games and 10 minutes per game.

He is washed up. He and Joe Smith just need to stay in the dark and go away. Why in the hell did we give up a #1 in any deal with Smith. I know we saved money. But could we at lease get a player under 30.

The first round draft pick was to help ensure that the Lakers get rid of Vujacic's contract. Those types of deals are more about business than basketball.
