Vick: "I like LeBron but Kobe's got 5 rings"

It arrived from Los Angeles Friday morning. A Kobe Bryant No. 24 jersey. Signed.
For Michael Vick.
Written on the white numeral 2 was: “To Mike” and “Be Epic!”
Written on the white numeral 4 was Bryant’s signature and the number 24.
Bryant, who grew up in nearby Lower Merion, is apparently a big fan of Vick, who will lead the Eagles into the playoffs against the Packers Sunday at the Linc.
Big enough to overnight Vick an autographed jersey.
The jersey was draped over Vick’s chair at his locker after practice Friday and quickly became the talk of the locker room.
“That’s from him?” defensive end Darryl Tapp said in wonder as he walked by. “That’s from Kobe?”
Vick, a huge basketball fan, attended the recent 76ers-Lakers game at the Wells-Fargo Center on Dec. 17.
Asked why he’s more of a Kobe fan than a LeBron fan, he smiled and said, “I like LeBron. But Kobe’s got five rings.”
Vick will try to take a big step toward ring No. 1 on Sunday

Cool deal. If my Steelers come up short, I would hope Vick could get his hands on some bling.

Yeah, my two all time favorite athletes.. MV7 and Kobe. I was a happy man when I read this today as everybody here knows my love for Vick. Hahaha.

He was bandwagon on the Heat just a week ago on his twitter page. Most pro athletes make statements that sound like a whore's promises anyway.

Dudes a charistmatic guy and an excellent football player, but If I saw him do that shi* to my dog I'd kill him and accept the consequences.
Blunt, harsh, whatever, you guys praise him like hes a hero, dude did evil.

Right, what he did was terrible, but.. it's over. Lol. Don't want to say "Get over it," but people make bad judgments and bad decisions. He was stupid. Plain and fact and this is coming from the biggest Michael Vick fan in the world who I've studied every part of this case. I also have a big framed picture on my wall with my 2 dogs, Rocky (a boxer who died last March) and Dolli (a bull mastiff).
The good thing is.. he's accepted responsibility, he knows what he did was now wrong and he's trying to make the best, speaking to kids very often.
Wish we could have a conversation about Michael Vick without bringing dogs, but that's reality.

http://www.bet.com/video/888718Here's the episode on his show about the whole dog fighting. He talks about it.. he comes completely clean about everything he did. Then it also shows him talking to kids. You gotta understand a person's background before you completely judge a person.
