12:30? why not 6:30, is something going on tomorrow night? Won't this run up against the NFL games?

these are going to be tough back to back games for the lakers.

first clipps then thunder.. both teams are athletic and love to push the tempo hope the lakers are up to the challenge, kick back on the threes, go inside out and we're be just fine

Deep my head hurts, I'm so flipping angry. :banghead: I've been a Lakers fan since near birth, but a Ravens fan only since 2000, but I hate the Steelers more than I hate the Celtics. Hines Ward is a bigger prick than Paul Pierce, at least Paul is civil off the court, Ward loves to rub salt in the wound, before, after, and during.

That holding call on Marcus Smith on Webb's PR TD was typical of the Steelers, it's in their DNA, they get a gift call down the stretch just when they need it. It's hard to say there's a conspiracy that the league loves the Steelers, but it's hard to ignore their history of gift calls in monster games, they can't all be dumb luck.

Outside of that ,the Ravens choked the rest of the game like I've never seen them do before, Ray Rice has ZERO fumbles in the regular season and gets a huge one in this game, Boldin drops a easy TD, and Housh drops a 1st down on 4th & 15 with nobody on him, especially since the Ravens led the NFL with the fewest dropped passes.

The Steelers proved why their still the best defense in the world, applying incredible pressure in the 3rd, it seems like Dick Laboe needs to leave before the Ravens get over.

I saw your other post Deep, both teams are physical, I hope your not counting that bs the Steelers were doing all game as being more physical , sometimes they would hit harder after the whistle than prior to.

The Steelers do three things better than ANYBODY, pressure the quarterback, throw the best deep ball, and they happen to have the most clutch QB in the NFL.

That deep ball he threw was less about a three man Ravens rush and more about a sick as heck throw.

Thank goodness the Ravens got their one SB, I'd hate to see Ray & Ed retire without a Lombardi trophy.

Steelers advance, the most resilient team in the league, #1 DEF+ top 3 QB tough to beat, I'll be rooting against them obviously, but congrats to you Deep and the other Steeler faithful.

I thought I was clairvoyant prior to the game I thought the Ravens were going to go up early and make the Steelers chase them and win by more than a TD I'm like damn' I should be getting paid for this, then the third quarter started :upset:

Would love to see a competitive game, but ultimately the Lakers come out on top.

lakers are gonna be sleep walking to start this game. 12:30 in a non-nationally televised game? shenanigans.

DubaLakers, I feel ya man. If it's one team I really respect in our division it's the Ravens. But I'm going to keep it real here Dub, since the Ravens came to rise in the division they have one problem that has infected them when it comes to playing the Steelers.

They want to play and act like they're just as physical and tough as them. The Steelers have had the same identity for ever since I've been watching them from my boyhood days no matter how sucky they were in the process. Perfect example was after the 1st half and being down 21-7, all you could see the Ravens doing was trash talking, showboating and gloating......all this in front of the Steelers and their fans. Every time they do that, all I'm saying is it may work on others but not the Steelers.

As far as calls it just boils down to prestige man !
