Credits to Slava for the thread

its a great article.

They could not wait to do something.
Sometimes the assistant coaches help out as Jackson mulls strategy in timeouts. Occasionally, a player strolls nearby and peeks over in search of early news that he is going into the game. But this?

Doesn't happen. Yet Bryant and Fisher stood there with Jackson, quickly ascertained what he was thinking and drawing and talked to each other about it before Jackson was even done – and Jackson could be seen smiling about it. Fisher talked more with Jackson before the coach went back to speak to the rest of the team.

Then, as it turns out, Bryant and Fisher went out there and made plays that the legendary Lakers coach could never have scripted anyway.

Yes, Bryant and Fisher did it again, and there are few things more respectable in the world of sports than being clutch.
