I wouldn't call it hating. Jordan has his own shoe and he's going to promote it over Kobe's.

I'd expect Kobe to say the exact same thing.

North Carolina is Team Jordan.

If you look at their uni's it's got the Jordan logo all over them.
MJ owns the team as their primary sponsor.
MJ knows how many ball players like Kobe's Zoom line but he still doesn't want to see his Alumni rocking his kicks.

Pretty sure MJ gets a little check for all the Kobe Zoom's sold.
He pretty much owns more than a quarter of the Nike Brand now after bringing in over a Billion Dollars.


I also heard before that he was giving Gerald Henderson of his Charlotte Bobcats grief for rocking the Kobe's as well.

if jordan cares so much about who is or isn't wearing his shoe then he should make a better basketball shoe to wear on the court. I like rocking my J's but If I'm playing ball then I'm gonna wear my kobe's or even the durants.. (which are really comfortable aslo)

Yeah here in N.C. it's pretty much Tar Heels and everything else Jordanaire related. There's no disses there as Jordan probably receives profit from Kobe's and LeBron's shoe as well as his own. And lol imagine what MJ would've said if the guy was wearing some Shaqs :X

It was funny seeing Barnes pay little to no attention to him.
