It looks like the Clippers are finally getting Smart and building a real contender. If the rumored (talk about a rumor that makes all the sense in the world, duh ... how long did it take these two teams to come together) trade of Iguodala for Kaman goes down like it definitely should the Clippers will have a scary starting 5 of Mo Williams, Eric Gordon, Iggy, Blake and Jordan with solid young athletic backups in Bledsoe, Aminu, Warren, Foye, etc. That is a scary, fast, young team!

My question is how long does everyone think we can maintain our deathgrip on our division?

Last year our division was perhaps the worst in the NBA, next year it could be one of the best.

The Clippers have a great young nucleus to build around and the Warriors seem dedicated to building a title contender and with the Logo in charge, that should be very do-able. The Queens have been a nice patsy for us for a while now but with Tyreke and Demarcus in cow town they may be headed for a dramatic boost as well. The Suns are an enigma and one never knows what one is going to get with them, but trading Nash may really help them improve as well.

So, what does everyone think?

I believe we will win the division for at least the next 3 years ... after that ... it could be the Clippers time to shine ...

The Clippers will never be relevant with Sterling at the helm.

With backups like bledsoe, aminu (if he isn't included which he might be), foye. Thats a scary young group there. They should continue to grow from there, they could be a dangerous team

Truth. The Clippers will find a way to **** this up. It's inevitable.

Right now the Clippers in my opinion are third in the division behind the Lakers and Warriors with KIngs and Suns in the basement. Their future is bright but these are the Clippers the Odom teams looked great they were broken up same with the Elton Brand teams. Maybe third times a charm but we got to wait and see.

And also I just don't see how the Clippers can bring in FA's and retain their own FA's I understand its LA but its the Clippers thats always worked against them. Unless the Clippers move to Anaheim and change their name its never going to change. I still don't understand why Sterling thought it was a good idea to become roommates with the Lakers at Staples I mean if the Lakers had a history like the Suns or something I get it, but when they moved to Staples the Lakers were already 11 time champs.

i have it on good authority, that right when the clippers begin to contend- they'll trade us Blake Griffin
