Which game 7 did you enjoy winning more? 1988 vs Pistons, 2000 vs Blazers or 2002 vs Kings or 2010 vs Celtics

If you're a Laker fan, it has to be the Celtics... It just has to.
But the 1988 Pistons game was epic and a close second... I hated the Pistons in '88 almost as much as the Celtics today.
I hate the Blazers with a passion but I never thought that series should have gone 7 games anyway and I thought we sort of kept them in it. And that's always how I feel about the Kings, too...

Yeah, 2010 Celtics. That was probably the most gratifying victory in my 25+ years as a Lakers fan, largely because I can hardly remember anything from the 80's at this point. I remember that Blazers victory pretty vividly as well.

Game 7 against the Celts in 2010.
88 - I wasn't born.
00 - That game made me a Lakers fan
02 - I was 12
10 - I'm a hardcore (real hardcore) Lakers fan and remember every single thing about the entire year and we beat the pussiest dudes on the planet

Celtics simply because It was the celtics in the finals. 88 was before my time. Portland had a more epic comeback. Sacremanto was possibly a crazier series and I hated them alot, but I hated the celtics more and there was a pretty epic comeback and it was in the finals. So Celtics and its not even close.

'02 Kings, that was sweet!
The Celtics game was just plain ugly with no great offense.

Saw them all. It has to be the Celtics just because it was them. The ones that were most fun to watch was The Blazers I think because we came from so far down. Then the '88 series against the Pistons because it seemed like the had our number but we cam & snatched the victory from the jaws of defeat.
The Sacramento series would have never gone that far had they never poisoned Kobe.

2010 was for the championship and against our rivals and our most recent championship.. nuff said
2000 wcf was basically for the championship... whoever won that series was beating Indy, no doubt. Blazers came back from down 3-1 and the Lakers had no answer for Sheed AND they were up by 15 points either late in the 3rd or going into the 4th.
2002.. I had no doubt in my mind that the Lakers were going to win that game... I dont know why... but I just knew the Lakers would pull it out. for that reason this one wasnt as big to me..
88 would probly be number 1 or 2 had I been the fan I am today, or even 2000, in 1988

Nothing like sticking it to Boston. I'll never live to see or enjoy a more meaningful game than game 7 of 2010.

I've had an abundant of time to reflect to the point where I have started feeling sympathetic towards Kings fans and
certain of their players (Webber, Divac, Christie, Jackson). The Kings fell apart towards the latter of that game, but I can honestly say we got the favorable calls from the refs to push it to that point in the first place where the pressure swung their way in unfamiliar territory.

This got me thinking more about the 88 Pistons series...
I realize maybe not a lot of posters really remember it, but it was a pretty big rivalry at the time. So here's what I remember...
You had Isaiah Thomas who was kind of like a poor-mans Magic... He was smiley and effective, but it came off kind of flat and fake. He was sniping at Magic in the press too, so it was easy to not like him. He sprained his ankle in game 6 and came back and scored a record 25 points in the 3rd... We still won... But you can't like a guy like that.
Bill Laimbeer was the devil... A long, lankey, unathletic, whiney, and dirty devil, but a devil just the same. I swear, he'd thow an elbow at your head and then look like he was going to cry when the ref blew the whistle... I literally wanted him dead during this series.
Joe Dumars... Deadly and physical... And like all the Pistons, just really liked beating the Lakers.
Rick Mahorn... Enforcer on the Bad Boys... Let me say that again...
Enforcer on the Bad Boys... I despised this guy...

Vinnie Johnson... He would just kill us at times. He was pretty clutch so you didn't want him touching the ball if the game was on the line.
Dennis Rodman... He was a physical, defensive force back then, but not as flamboyant as later in his career. I almost don't even remember him...
John Salley... He'd only been in the league for a season, but he just couldn't shut up. He talked smack about Mychael Thompson, Kareem, Riley... Just everyone...
It was a very satisfying victory... But next season we met again and got swept. It ended our 3peat hopes... Which made losing to them again in '04 that much worse...
Still though... Coming back to beat Boston in 2010 was the sweetest Championship win I can remember.

Bos, wasn't around for 88, the other 2 gm 7 were WCF can't compare to Bos Final Gm 7 especially the way they lost in 08. Although Por. gm 7 was one of the most exciting one to me prior to Bos, thought we were done for going into the 4th qtr.

That entire series against the Kings was sick. I mean I was on edge through the whole thing. That game 7 was the best for me to see.
That Blazers series was one of the best I seen Kobe in.
...although game 7 was ugly against the Celts, it felt really good to witness that win. Gotta go with this one
