Empty practice gym? 40 minimum, I don't think that is horribly impressive since they are all set shots that I can take my time for.

I'm always playing ball, whether pick-up, league or practice.

I got a youtube video where I hit 18/30 when I used to play once a week. I don't play AT ALL anymore so hopefully I'd get 12/50.

mid range? I only do 30 pull ups per practice. let's see, I guess about 20-25? pull up J's are tiring. :P

It depends. My mid-range is good as that's my favourite area and probably the only positive thing I can tell about my offense, be it weakside or from the block. Sometimes when just practicing I can make countless of shots in a row from different positions( been playing a lot of basketbal ). Never counted though. :D

my best attempt was 24 of 25 freethrows...

id probably hit about 30-35 shots realistically
