Of course, the Nets and Magic front offices might have a mental breakdown if they are asked to facilitate a deal that lands both Dwight and Deron in LA as well as the rest of the league hating their respective franchises, so a deal for Dwight now with another separate deal for Deron at the trade deadline might make more sense.

An immediate trade for Dwight like the following would work:

LAL TRADES: Bynum, Barnes, a boatload of picks and $3mil cash
ORL TRADES: D12 and Q-Tip

Follow that immediate trade up with a deadline deal for Deron as follows:

LAL TRADES: Pau Gasol, Morris, Ebanks, Goudelock and future picks (even if just 2nd rounders)
NJN TRADES: Deron Williams

We would still have our Odom TPE which we could use to do a S&T with the Nuggets for Kenyon Martin when he returns in March
