His game was simply beautiful in that 07-8 season. :-D

My question isn't whether he can or not...my question is, does he even attempt to anymore? All I've been seeing this year is him either catching the ball off of a pick OR posting up. It's like all he does now. He doesn't even use his pump fake, pivot to the opposite side move anymore either. The thing is, even just last season, it wasn't like that. Even just last season he used a lot of different moves. Kind of hard watching him this season. (Not that he isn't ballin', but it's so much different) :(

IS IT THE SYSTEM? IS MIKE BROWN'S SYSTEM NOT demanding him to really do all of this? Or what?

nice way to show us losing the finals to the celtics. you should be IP banned.

there are 5000 other videos you could pick to "make" your point.

man, u have to understand he's 4 years older now. another knee surgery doesn't help him either. somewhere in between he also injured his ankles, fingers etc. father time is a b*tch.

oh and btw. 2 rings and 2 finals mvps since then ;)

No need for all that.

Most of us would prefer to see him use as little energy as possible scoring these days considering how much the team continues to depend on him in practically every other area. Considering the wear and tear on the guy and the way he just plays through it. Look at the number of minutes he's playing for a 33 year old night in and night out.

Believe me, anything that even slightly diminishes the load on him is goodness right now.

300% usage rate seems like more wear and tear to me

Every thread this guy has made on this board is about Kobe regressing. And if it's not every thread, it's every other thread.

Definitely a troll account.

i dont get it. is he as good as he was when he was still in his prime or right at the end of it? obviously not. has he adjusted his game as such? not so much, but hes still pretty effective.

Take VC, TMac and Kobe. All 3 were known for being above the rim athletes and all considered MVP type players in their prime. Wanna know the difference between Kobe and the other 2? He was able to effectively tailor his game according to his dwindling athleticism with pure basketball IQ and skill. Kobe may not have the quick cross over dribble or dunk on your face type moves anymore but he changed his game to where he is still relevant even at 33 years of age.

T-Mac got injured and VC never had the heart. Hell most people agree VC had top 20 player or better level talent.
