I'd pick him up. Dude has mad hops, really athletic, could be the perfect backup to Kobe.

He can be a good back up SG. But what will happen to G-Lock if that's the case?

Yes he be perfect. Kobe needs someone to practice over shooting and is quick enough to run against him.

Do not see the Lakers adding anyone else. It seems like they want to cut more money. So why would they want to add. 13-14 players. Not going to carry 15. I guess if we get any thing out of Hill it will be a plus. He is gone after the season is over.

I think he would be a good pickup because we now have a PG in Sessions that can push the tempo. I'd love to see Sessions on a fastbreak with Williams and Barnes running with him and filling the lanes getting easy points in transition. I think Williams ,like Hill, could benefit playing alongside Sessions as he would get them good looks. I believe that Williams can become a solid contributer off the bench if given the opportunity and coaching.

I think I'd do this signing, he'd fill the void that Shannon Brown left. A very nice athletic player that people will know can dunk it and give us some highlights on the fastbreak. Missed seeing that with the Lakers.

A guy that can actually somewhat guard Harden would be a major help to this team. Williams would find a spot if he's running next to Steve Blake off the bench.

The guy is a trouble

Not familiar with him entirely but teams must have had reason to play him as little as they did and ultimately waive him. First in New Jersey, then with the Rockets. No thanks.

I'm definitely intrigued, but GLock deserves a chance. He doesn't need many minutes to come and and hit shots. Sessions, G Lock, Barnes, McBob/Hill, Murphy (or Pau/Bynum) is a niiiiice second lineup.

I agree with picc from the Sessions thread, Blake's skillset does fit that lineup well, and so does Sessions' in the second lineup. Give Sessions the majority of the minutes of course, but I like this starting 5 for now.

What type of money would he cost us? What kind of hit to the luxury tax?
If we picked him up, would we have to waive another guy in the event management wanted Arenas?

Sessions might not be here next year due to he wants more money.

Why would we want Houston's leftovers? If he wasn't playing in Htown, he isn't playing in LA.

There is a hole in the Laker rotation in the wing spots. The Lakers are missing a solid shooting, competent all-around player at the SF spot. They are also missing someone that can guard large 2s, while Barnes is at the 3. Either they make a move for Terrence Williams to be their large 2 off the bench (a nice fit running next to Goudelock or Blake) or they make a move for Nocioni and have Barnes guard the large 2s.

Also when Metta is **** the bed from his outside shooting at the 3, it's time that we have someone we can put in there that's not a Jason Kapono like guy.

Up to the Lakers really, but either one of these guys would have some benefit to them.

I doubt Sessions leaves after this season. If he was on Cleveland then he would leave as he would be a backup on a rebuiliding team. But it's highly unlikely he opts out as for the first time in his career he is a starter on a playoff contender. The only reason he would decline his player option after the season would be to sign a longer deal with us.

I would love to get Williams as he still has good potential and would be be fun to watch play next to a PG like Sessions who likes to run and get up and down the floor. Williams reminds me of a player like Andre Iguodala.

He's very athletic and his defensive quickness for his size is a major asset against smaller PGs. Really it's one of the few ways to stop someone like that.

Last night only Kobe was able to handle Barea. Length and quickness can be devastating against certain teams especially if that unit can also shoot the ball.

I watched TWill during his stint with the Nets. Dude is freakishly athletic, Iguodala-lite would be accurate. He's obviously a wing but he did play PG with the Nets backing up Harris.

Why didn't NJ and Houston keep him? He's a headcase. Avery wasn't able to contain him. In Houston he was competing against Martin,Budinger,Parsons and Lee. Other flaw is his outside game. He's Larry Hughes streaky.

Noc would be nice but we already have Hill,McBob and Murphy as back ups. He can be Radmanovic v2 but he's a chucker.

Would love to have both but TWill fills a bigger need.
