Teams that you don't want to see?

Post#1 » by JaVier Mastro » Sat Mar 31, 2012 11:43 pm

What teams do you want to avoid in the post season?

Thunder and Grizzles - these two teams are some that I want to face later on after they played a few rounds first.

Spurs- Gasol and Bynum will win this one for us Duncan will suffer the same fate as when he face of against the Grizzlies last season. Bynum and Gasol are too much for him and Blair to handle. Parker Ginobili and Jackson will be handled as well. Parker will be the only one that can cause us harm, his play this season has been out of this world. Green and Leonard will be there to cause problems but I'm banking on them to hit a wall in the post season the pressure of the game should be too much for them.

Clippers- Paul Griffin and maybe Young or Butler will be all that we would have to deal with in this match up. Bynum Bryant and Sessions would be enough for us in this match up. Jordan can't stop Bynum or Gasol, Griffin will be guarded by Gasol, Hill, McRoberts and MWP. Griffin will be tired after all those different looks so Gasol should put up 18 and 10 on 60% shooting.

Mavs - Bynum will win this one for us. Dirk will get his but not having Chandler will hurt his game this year. Terry will be Terry, Kidd will play good defense on Kobe. Odom can't be counted on, Marion will play defense on Kobe as well. Sessions and Gasol should have good games in this match up as well. Dirk will be out matched in this one having to guard Gasol and Bynum, hw will suffer the same fate as Duncan did with the Grizzlies.

Rockets - Gasol and Bynum will own this match up

Nuggets- Bynum and Gasol will have thier way but Bryant will have a field day

Bynum and Gasol
35.1ppg 22.7rpg

Duncan and Blair
24.7ppg 14.7rpg

I need it to shape up this way:

1.Thunder
2.Spurs
3.Lakers
4.Grizzlies
5.Mavs
6.Clipers
7.Rockets or Nuggets
8.Nuggets or Rockets

If your scared go to church.

If you really want to be crowned the best of the best you can't have a dodgeball mentality.

Come Strong or Don't Bother Coming at All.

All of them because that means we have successfully tanked

in honesty. The Clippers have bigs that can rebound with ours, so they're pretty scary.

I'm not scared of any of them I juat feel that we match up better against teams not named the Thunder or Grizzlies

Well the Thunder are clearly better than us. Spurs are too, but we match up decent with them. Other than that, barring a Pau Gasol complete disappearance again, we should be able to beat the other teams pretty easily. But I'm not gonna count out Mike Brown from making it difficult.

The best way to beat the Thunder is to control Durant and force Westbrook into one of his scoring rampages?

If we face MIA that means we made the finals, which would be nothing short of a miracle for this team

This what I'm talking about. I'm from that ilk that states if you want to be the best you have beat the best so bring them on!
