Los Angeles Lakers coach Mike Brown, is reportedly on his way out of Los Angeles as the Lakers Front Office feel that he has not achieved the true potential with the kind of the team he's got. The General Manager, Mitch Kupchak will probably meet with Jim Buss as soon as possible to discuss and name the interim coach. The team is currently 3rd in the Western Conference standings, having ups and downs and heading towards the playoffs with some uncertainty regarding the team's possibilities of having a deep playoff run.

And it would probably be believable if coaches actually did get fired for their team being 3rd in the conference.

I got pretty happy for a second but him being fired at this point wouldn't be good :S

No coach getting fired at this point would be good as general thought, but I'm not gonna rule out random timed coach firing as something that turns out as a positive for this team. I have no idea what is gonna get this team going
