really dude, u really think Dwight jacks up 3s every game or something. And how about you use Dwight's 2nd best FT attempts lol. Dwight is the superior player, no question.

It's called consistency, if Bynum can attain it then yes, he's in the conversation, but you have to realize Dwight is just an iron man, never gets injured. He is consistently is a one man force on the Defensive side of the ball, he alters the game night in and night out with at least his D, and although his offense is akward/mechanical, it works, and he does it at a great efficiency.

This...so let's just stop the conversation please..He's not on Dwight's level yet. But he's getting there.

Thank you! Ive rooting for Bynum just like any other Laker fan and I was never fond of Howard but you have to be honest and objective and say that Howard at this point is the better player. Consistency is the only thing holding Bynum back. He cant be the anchor of the franchise having games where he goes for and 30/12/3blks and then go for 10 pts and 6 rebounds and 0 blocks. Regardless of Howard's issues with SVG and his decision he brings results the majority of his games, something that Bynum has not yet. Next year would be a good time to kick off a real comparision IF Bynum is consistent across the board. Right now the stats may compare somewhat but Bynum is a trend up trend down guy and he plays with players that can cover for his mishaps. D12 doesnt have that.

Why the hell are we using career highs instead of per game, per minute, advanced stats.. anything is better than just using career highs to prove any point. Wtf is this.
Ramon Sessions has a career high of 44 points, make him shoot more since he can score at will like Bynum and Dwight!
Hell why don't you tell us how many 20 rebound games Drew has and how many Dwight has? Or we compared Bynum's blocks in the playoffs compared to Dwight's regular season, lets do that with other stats..
Overall just lazy and unconvincing crap "stats"***
***Unless you were just trying to point out their career highs without an agenda of using them to prove Bynum is better, then it's ok. But I highly doubt that.

There isn't anyone in the league I'd take over Dwight. Bynum? I'd trade him for 2nd fiddles like Wade or somethin'

I like Bynum better. I think he's the better center hands down.

Its one thing to like Bynum and his game more and even had a credible opinion but its another thing to ignore the facts. Bynum does nothing better than Howard outside of FT shooting. He is more polished on the block but gets locked up in double teams. Howard is a top 5 defensive player in the NBA. Bynum isnt even the best defensive big overall on his team. Howard plays on a team when is the only real threat on the scouting report. Bynum is option 2 or 3 at times. Maybe next year we can have a comparision when Bynum's responsibility level goes up but right now he doesnt have to carry half the weight Howard does.

This for the most part, although I think Bynum is better in every facet on offense. But what must also be factored in is that Bynum is on the court with two hall of famers, whereas Howard is by himself as you alluded to. Until Bynum has success carrying a team on his lonesome and being solely game planned against like Howard, I honestly don't see how one could even make a fair comparison between the two.

I don't know, but it wouldn't be same without the mandatory:
Bynum: 10 13 10
D12: DNP

At this moment in time D-12 is better. But IF Bynum works w/ a defensive coach - Bynum has a chance to catch/pass D-12.
Bynum got those #s w/o while sharing the ball w/ Kobe, Gasol, Artest and Sessions and while battling Gasol for rebounds. Dwight was battling Anderson for rebounds and had the team run through him.
But in a few years when D-12 is 29 and Bynum is 27 - Bynum will be the better center. It could happen as soon as next season with continued growth.

OT: D-12 has been staying in LA the last 3 weeks and reportedly loves this city. LAL and LAC just became his favorite places.
Otis is coming to visit his (kid) player (Otis' words) and remind him about the Magic and Orlando. I really think D-12 never goes back.
