We sure could use his outside shooting if Mike "Mr.Potato Head" Brown would use him. Will he be on our roster next season? It amazes me how Brown has Jerked so many players in and out of our lineup this year.

The silliest argument I hear is that he's a rookie who will fail you in the playoffs. Lakers were down by 30, what the **** did they have to lose by trying to see if he would perform?

And the kid plays with more heart than a lot of our veterans. At this point what is the risk in playing him? Best case scenario is he gives us consistent outside shooting, worst case scenario is he can't hit a shot and sucks on defense, which WE ARE ALREADY GETTING FROM BLAKE. Plus he has shown he can get into the lane and finish with his money tear drop.

I understand that people want to see Goudelock play but where does he fit? No one can really answer this. Against OKC are you really going to take the risk of having that small of a lineup and lack of defense on the floor just to hope Goudelock gets a few 3 ptrs? He isnt a PG so in order for him to play he either has to sub out for Kobe or play in a small lineup with Kobe which leaves them to get torched on defense. From what we have seen from him he is a scorer but isnt good enough creator or defender to be experimenting in the middle of probably their best opponent.

Why not play him at point when Fish is in the game? I highly doubt that Fish has the ability to torch G-lock at this point in his career. He'd be a much needed offensive spark off the bench.

Mike Brown is to by the book to take that chance. Goudelock is probably a better fit than even Sessions at this point because Sessions either cant or to scared to shoot the 3.

Lakers need a bonafide three point shooter....RIGHT NOW...He's on the bench

have him play the pg instead of blake? blake doesnt really initiate an offense either, and is usually paired up with either kobe or sessions, who pretty much run the point. steve blake is basically being used as a spot up short corner 3 shooter. something goudelock would be great at since hes a natural shooter and has the best 3 pt shot on the team. im not sure how much a liability goudelock would be guarding okc's bench pgs, but blake is not defensive specialist either. so, ye id like to see goudelock getting some play off burn, but being this far in the playoffs and currently down 2 games to none, it most likely wont happen

Goudlock is the best 3 point shooter on the team. I love him as a 2 guard off of the bench. Sure he needs some coaching on his D but the kid played great for a rookie and he was working hard enough for Kobe to take a shining to him. Brown really hates the kid.

With Sessions, Blake, & Barnes all struggling, it makes no sense whatsoever that Goudelock is out of the rotation. The kid belongs here.

I hope goudelock gets more minutes next year. I wonder if the Lakers are going to try and resign sessions or go for a better guard(Williams)

Considering the Lakers are struggling to close the show late in games, im surprised Mike Brown has not considered giving Goudelock a chance again. Having a guy on the floor who can drill three pointers, or catch, penetrate and finish with the floater, might make the Lakers more dangerous in the last 5 minutes of a game.

He has a career as a backup SG if Morris turns out at PG. Those two need each other.

My biggest problem with Brown is this. No idea why he stopped playing Goudelock

Goudelock's production > steve blakes. I never understood how Brown failed to recognize Goudelocks talent yet fully supported the unproductive Steve Blake.

He's too small to play defense. That's how MB thinks.

You know what would be nice with Goudelock would be if he spent the summer improving his handles and become the starting PG. Then you bring Sessions off the bench and you take care of that issue from within.
