Love that he's taking responsibility for his part of the mishaps. and he's defending Brown by saying that he wasn't the one missing shots, not playing good D, and making turnovers. Plus this gem:
"Mike didn't come in out of shape.........ok well he did come in out of shape. He's a fat ass".

Is there a way to bottle his swag and level of accountability for use on Gasol, Bynum and Sessions?

Sounded like Sessions might exercise his option, and it sounded like Hill might have been told he wouldn't be back...

Poor playoffs (low value) and legal problems (low value) seem to be the reasoning. I'll be sad to see Hill leave though if he's had elsewhere for cheap. Looks like someone wants to use the money they spent on McBob and McTyCobb.

Hope we somehow keep Hill, he'd be great next to Bynum if we go for a more younger/athletic lineup next year.

You can't argue with making one out of six shots and six turnovers in an elimination game. Also, going from 49% on 3-pointers in the regular season to melting down to 16% when it mattered.

Ron Artest is terrific, love that guy. Played hard, made some threes, played some defense. Too bad the refs will never be fair with him for the rest of his career. A shame, cause he's awesome.
And the Lakers would be fools if they don't bring Hill back.

Agree...but this is his first time in the postseason. I will most def bring him back and let's see if M. Brown can develop him into a good pg...I doubt it

The Lakers aren't a little league team. Fans expect championships. The Lakers have always been an organization that demands greatness.
We have the d-league to teach players. The NBA is about performance. The big leagues. You have to bring your A-game and perform. That's why Jeremy Lin is such a great story. He fought for his chance, kept the faith, kept working hard, and he had a sliver of a chance - and was READY.
DUDE was READY. He was GOOD to GO.
Ramon Sessions had 12 games to make an impact, to show something, to build something. He was overwhelmed from start to finish. He was outclassed. Complete meltdown.
He might somehow overcome this. But no way in hell would I bank an entire season on it.
He's in a tough situation though. Does he opt out? His value probably has never been lower. But if he opts in, what if the Lakers get an upgrade at PG? Then he'll be a backup and won't be able to raise his value.
Wish him well, but if the Lakers don't upgrade at PG, these are dark times in L.A.

But Like I said, when we was winning, we had Ron Harper starting and a young Derek Fisher to learn how to be a pg..He needs to be developed properly. Something Jerry West was the master at.

I personally think we should go all out in recruiting Steve Nash (Kobe, Buss constantly calling) and also resign Sessions. Trade Blake for a pick, have Sessions learn from the very best and have him take over in a year or 2. Pipe dream though lol. Also its interesting that Matt Barnes had an undisclosed injury to his neck and had to have injections in order to move his neck. Poor dude, 2 straight playoff runs he couldn't be 100%.
