According to NBA.com, all games are going to be televised on NBATV, with 39/60 to be shown live.

I'm going to be in Vegas the first week Summer League starts to check out Team USA, then some summer league games after.

If Kobe would take a massive pay cut, then the Lakers might be able to sign some players. But as it stands, Lakers might not even be able to sign rookies. Thanks Kobe the ball hog and the money hog.
