Its on hoppshype.com that we have held preliminary talks with Worriors involving Brandon Rush due to our lack of a bench.

Solid pick up depending on what we give up.

Doubt it happens, Rush is restricted and the Warriors will most likely match.

Warriors are interested in Jordan Hill. Maybe a sign and trade of Hill for Rush could be worked out?

You would have to throw ridiculous money at Rush to be able to pry him away from the Warriors, and we can't offer him anything big.

The fact that you are asking this question on an NBA board disturbs me

A casual fan may not know who Brandon rush is (Indiana and golden state dont get much publicity).

I would hand over Jrob and possibly Hill (assuming we aren't planning on resigning him bc of his legal issues)

Most casual fans arent really into discussing bball on NBA boards either. Im really starting to understand why alot of bad trades get offered here now.

That's a good point, but I'd say this site is loaded with casual fans. Id bet there are a fair amount of posters that stick to the OT boards almost exclusively as well. It is also possible to be a team fan without knowing obscure players from other teams.

He's a 2. Spot up shooter, ok defender(thought he would be alot better coming out of college), nice athlete. Not the sexiest free agent in the world but Mitch can do worse for the mmle.

If anyone has a good memory of Kareem Rush from the 3peat days, he is the younger brother of Kareem Rush. Went to Kansas with Mario Chalmers.

I'm really hoping for a sign and trade. If the Warriors actually want Josh McRoberts and a 2nd, send it their way. Assuming Rush agrees to it. Give Rush a back loaded (slightly longer) contract with a team option in the middle and player option at the end.

Is this possible? Not hearing many names the lakers are interested in.

Brandon Rush fills a larger need on this team, but Jordan Hill has more value across the league.

If the deal is, in fact, Jordan Hill for Brandon Rush (can't see them wanting McRoberts), then, if I'm the Lakers, I'd rather keep Jordan Hill and sign Martell Webster for pennies.

Jordan Hill and Martell Webster are better than McRoberts and Brandon Rush.
