Already been said that he said NO THANKS by other sources...highly doubt Phil is interested in Portland

Yea I know but then I don't know why this report just came out today, that's why I posted it. He declined to be their head coach but this report entails he's interested in an advisor type of position, sort of like Jerry West I think.
