Granted players were in their peaks and valleys of their careers. Though we havent seen this new lineup in action but we cannot deny its potency. Thoughts?

I think the role players are the ones that will make the difference since the starters already can cover up for each other's weaknesses for the current team.

Malone got hurt, but so did Horace Grant which left Slava to play. Rick Fox wasn't healthy either, and Fisher saw less of a role with Payton on the team.

As long as the Lakers stay healthy, they have something they can work with Peace, Hill, and Jamison. Hopefully another shooter.

Ebanks, Clark, Darius Morris, Goudelock, Duhon, D.JO, and Blake are a toss up.
