Is there any way we can possible trade back for sessions. I feel as if we can trade him for steve blake, that would make our team 100% complete. I loved his game and his speed compared to steve blake who is absolutely horrible

There is no way in hell any GM would trade Blake for Sessions, even if it's the Bobcats' GM. Can't be greedy, we got Nash and Howard already (along with Meeks, resigned Jordan Hill) and plus if anything a backup swingman should be a bigger priority.

One guy showed up in the playoffs in afraid to shoot, able to bring the ball past half court with a fisher pressing him, didn't throw stupid oases that led to fast breaks, didn't get abused by every guy he was supposed to actually guard, and oh yeah actually finished games because he wasn't too busy looking for a set of balls to magically appear
I don't know why

and I don't even like Blake
Sessions made Smush look like he had heart in the playoffs

Man sessions was nervous, it was his first playoffs. compare last season playoffs to steve blake's first season with the laker. Steve Blake first playoff appearance with the lakers was absolutely horrible, and I would give sessions another chance before I allowed steve blake to suck it up for another postseason in again. If you compare both players first year with the lakers in the postseason, its night and day. Steve Blake 2.2ppg on 30% FG compared to sessions 9.7ppg on 37% FG. He is only going to get better at this point, I said that to say. DO IT MITCH!

I think its amazing that people think you can just trade player A for player B without considering the reasons why the other team wouldnt do it. While Mitch has pulled off amazing deals when you look past the surface you can understand the reasons why they got done. The Bobcats will in no way trade Sessions for Blake when the different in the 2 is 1M a year and a 4 year age difference. Another thing Sessions is clearly better than Blake.

I'd take old ass Fisher over Sessions. In fact Fish had a better pot season all things considered
His D was pathetic. He was unwilling to shoot. He couldn't dribble the ball Vs pressure. He has Kobe, Ron, and Steve coming to meet him just to make entry passes that he couldn't convert. And his bad passes led to fast break drills by Westbrook and Lawson, of which eh couldn't even commit anything but touch fouls that led to and 1s. He was benched late for a reason and couldn't be hidden. Then the retared **** opted out after one of the biggest meltdowns by a player there was
Least when Blake was bad the postseason before he had the chicken pox and lost a lot FO weight befor ethe season ended.

So you admit Steve Blake is "absolutely horrible," yet you think we can trade him for Sessions, who is a much better player?
Makes perfect sense.

I liked Ramon due to he was fast and young. I think he can become a better player with more playing time and the short 66 game season really did not help with a new coach and a new system and no training camp. Lakers are about winning now. Ramon might have been a player that might have taken some time to be what Nash is now. Still one to keep an eye on and hope he has a great career.

Marc's rights, the picks for Vasquez and Arthur, and Kwame's cap created for Zach is greater than. A maxed out Pau who was winless in the playoffs ... Yeo

Don't work like that young fella. Plus there is no team in this league that's 100% complete. Everybody has flaws.

It would have been awesome for this team to have both Sessions coming off the bench. He would have been one hell of a 6th man. He always looked best for us when he was coming off the bench. He can create for others which is something that Steve Blake is not capable of doing.
Most of these guys don't find success after choosing to leave the Lakers. I still think Ariza regrets the way that contract negotiations went between him and the Lakers. Sessions may very well find himself regretting opting out if he already isn't. I'd be pretty pissed if I just left a team where the likes of Kobe and Nash aren't your best player.

Sessions is the newest player in the "Ariza & ShannonOverpaid Ex Laker Club" that went for money over winning... Let him win 15 games a year playning backup in Charlotte over wining in LA... He went all inh with pocket 9's and lost...

i think he actually took the same amount in charlotte that he would have gotten in l.a., i think his agent **** up the negotiations and realized that nobody wanted to pay ramon a lot so ramon decided to be close to his hometown which is in south carolina, this is all conjecture though, i liked ramons game and im sure hes a very sad panda right now,

If we wouldve stayed, it would have meant an amnesty for blake which would have been fine with me. I still think the FO could have done a little better job with the back up 1-3 spots. Still got the trade deadline though.
