actually the funny part is he wins last week if has horford instead of holiday.

very confused as to why thats the team youre afraid of.

Actually, what does Al Horford add to his team that he doesn't already have plenty in?

Rudy, Durant, Randolph and Asik are all very capable huge guys giving you points, FG% and blocks. Horford would improve on that but only kill his assists and FT% if you took Holiday off right now. Where do his huge assist game come from without Holiday? Personally the trade isn't that lopsided, if at all. I'm not sure I see what it is that you see that makes you feel he got Horford for scraps.

Just too bad it hasn't helped Stephano's team. He'd be even worse off had he not pulled off that robbery.

the whole point of trading holiday was because he punted assists, and getting horford strengthened the rest of his stats. not sure whats complicated about that. why would you not want to become stronger in stats you are trying to win at?

oh sorry i thought you were asking why imafag did it. well it doesnt make sense for BT because again, he traded stats hes strong in for a stat he probably shouldve considered punting. holiday gives you 2 strong things, points and assists. decent steals and decent 3s. and he kills you in turnovers. personally i felt like BT shouldve punted assists with his team being so weak and wall being hurt. wouldve been easier to keep horford, hold on to wall and trade him when hes back than to trade for stats you already cant win in.

tl;dr traded stats hes not going to win for stats he couldve been strong in.

of course this is all my opinion

Its a matter of what you value on your team I guess but personally I didn't think it was THAT bad a move on his side.

I'm way too top heavy with big men my self but I would gladly look to move one of them for another guard of equal productivity if the chance presented itself. That Deron offer not being one of them. That was Lillard/Nene esque forthcoming.

Some matchups i actually won the assists category, which would be impossible without Jrue. But I think for the most part Doormatt is right. I'm not going to win the assists against most people so i would have been better off bolstering my rebounds and fg%

no not really. lillard for nene is robbery because nene is constantly hurt and his numbers/minutes are way down whereas lillard is putting up 19/6/3 and is probably ROY with davis hurt.

nothing really unfair about my dwill offer imo. when dwill isnt shooting like ass from the field hes far and away the best player in the deal

Deron's shot badly though since he's been with the Nets and he's done very little to change my mind that his FG% will ever approach the mid 40's. You're right to be a little disappointed with his play thus far. I am too as a fan of his. He should be shooting a lot better than he has been. No excuse not too.

I would have taken you last week 5-4.

Not saying I have the best team, just that I'm unbeaten. Pretty sure most my wins close so not like I destroyed every team I've faced.
Optms wrote:Same. I would have lost 5-3 to KJG though. Meh.

And, Ima, your roster is overachieving. But I feel you know this given the constant reminders you've given us here and via the league regarding your record and how much everyone else isn't worthy. Enjoying it now while it holds up, eh?

Or maybe I like having fun and active leagues and I trash talk in all my leagues and feel this league sucks balls because no one talks?

And my roster is overachieving with George sucking all year, Davis hurt all year and Matthews playing hurt, I'll take that.
Doormatt wrote:wait im confused, who on his roster is overachieving? anthony davis didnt even play last week. i feel like his team is solid and hes actually tried to make trades to improve it which none of you have done outside of a few people.

like the guy who is 13-40 and still has landry fields and amare on his team lawl. can we please kick that guy now?

Yea it's annoying as hell how some guys are sooo bad but they don't attempt to make ANY moves. I hate desurdoom
Optms wrote:His team IS solid but he's over blowing his record. W/L should be the least of your worries if you know you have a solid roster.

The entire unbeaten shtick isn't that impressive, I mean it is but it is it really worth bragging about one month and a quarter in? The 8-0, that was nice. He hasn't lost a match up yet but that doesn't mean his roster is that much better than everyone else. It just means he's managed to avoid a loss.

Never said it was better than everyone else. I'm still looking for trades that benefit both teams but of course no one in this league responds to anything
Optms wrote:Lillard for Nene. That was a **** up.

If I knew I could have gotten Lillard that easily I would have traded a whole two crap guys for him

Someone lets make trades

So do I have an embarrassment of riches or am I overachieving who really knows.

Either way I'm gonna keep complaining about the activity level of the league
