Kobe Bryant will not play tonight due to a right shoulder strain. He's listed as day to day.
Dang , it seems like everyday were getting an additional injury update to our players. I hope this does not foreshadow what this season is going to look like for us. Not a very good injury to have for a jump shooter neither.

I hope your right. Personally I would not mind if all of our starters decide to take off the remainder of the preseason games, and just get some extra practice in for the start of the regular season. I would prefer these preseason games will be used to develop our bench and get them clicking to prepare them for a long 82 game season

It's not uncommon for vets to embellish or totally fabricate injuries in order to forgo preseason games. It's not really Kobe's M.O. but I can see him taking this time to recuperate, being that it is his 17th season.

Tasp u know deep inside that's not Kobe's thing but I believe when Coach Brown and Gary Vitti insisted that he sit out he didn't put up to much resistance being that its a preseason game
