Chances DJO makes the team?

What are the chances he makes the final roster?

I like this guy. Love his athleticism and he can shoot the ball too. I guess hes kind of a project but he's pretty explosive. Plus, our guards aren't real athletic. We could use a guy like him to guard quick pgs, if he can polish his game he can be a good player.

He can go IMO if that means we can keep CDR on the final roster

From what I've picked up from following Eric Pincus is that if he does make it he will probably be a D League guy.

He played a total of 11 mins in 2 games(and was DNP-ed in one)

Fewer than any guards with non guaranteed contracts

Sacre I think is a lock to make the team, especially after some bigs went down with injuries(Hill,Clark and Howard not quite ready yet) as an insurance

With Sacre we would have 13 players under contract

I'm assuming we'll take another player and CDR and Goudelock have both played more mins thus far and are more likely to make it(one of them)

Yea I see your point. He seems like the odd man out. I honestly haven't seen much of CDR that could change my position.

He hasn't been given enough time to prove himself yet so I think they should give him more minutes tonight so we can see what he can do. and I want to see some nice dunks :D

CDR has looked good in scrimmages in the practice videos I've seen. His game just fits the team better and it isnt like he's gonna be expensive and isnt young.

True, I would still like to see what DJO can do with more minutes but your'e right CDR does look like the better choice.

We'll probably take only Sacre and CDR, so not a lot of chances.

Coach Brown isnt even giving CDR any burn in these preseason games idk if he's gonna make the team now

smh yeah I agree. Man this one might come back to bite us in the azz like Gerald Green did last season. If another squad gives CDR a real chance I can see him playing well

According to Emiliano Carchia on twitter (via Hoopshype) "Lakers will waive Darius Johnson-Odom soon I am told."

Hopefully he plays in Europe for a year and we see him again next camp.

so they'll keep Goudelock even though he won't get a minute of playing time this year. They should waive him as well for his own good, so he gets a chance elsewhere.

Don't mean to get off topic a bit, but I think this is as good a place as any to ask this.

how do you guys judge all these scrubs as good? I mean I watch the same games and ya they all suck, so how do you judge these guys and give them a "good" grade? do we chase down a beer and a shot of tequila whenever they miss?
