Is It possible? Arenas really deserves to be a Laker

Lawls... we'd be better off trading duhon for a second rounder.

No he doesn't, he's washed up and done.......didn't you see him with Memphis in the one playoff game he got to play ? He was awful, he has no lateral speed on defense, and his shot is erratic now due the up and down explosion in his legs. Sometimes he can find it sometimes he can't. Which leads to the erratic jumper. And he certainly can't drive to the rack anymore, again it goes back to explosion.

What Arenas are you watching ? And why the outrageous question of asking for a buy out just to push your Arenas agenda ?

I'll give the reasons it won't happen, one the Lakers could've saved the money by not offering Morris a contract. And Duhon will be used a trade bait later this season. Bottom line though is Arenas ain't coming in period.

Morris is young and 6'4. He has a future. Why not keep and learn behind Nash. Lakers need youth and not more over used aged players. Remembe Nash is 38 years old. Lakers can not play him big minutes all season. Need him for playoffs.

lakers shopping blake+duhon/room for fisher

Post#12 » by TruSkool » Tue Oct 16, 2012 3:07 pm

per wiretap--

the lakers are said they are satisfied with the team at hand, but they say some players might be unhappy with the amount of playing time they get.
they also said they have too many point guards, and might be shopping steve blake and chris duhon.

and derek fisher is eligible to sign with the lakers, which would bring the lakers PG's to 5, so steve blake and chris duhon might have to go elsewhere.

looks like they want a nash-fisher-morris rotation.

at the same time, kupchak is saying that the lakers aren't pushing forward any trade scenarios, they want to wait it out a month or 2 to see how everyone fits.
fisher might not be signed until the feb trade deadline perhaps?

I'd feel much better with that rotation than what we've currently got.

lakers aren't shopping blake/duhon as much as they are attaching them to a line and throwing them into the water and hoping something, anything would bite

they cant even attach bait

Ebanks has been alright this preseason, he just turns into Blake During the regular season and won't shoot it.
