Would you do Jordan Hill/Darius Morris for Jason Maxiel/Will Bynum?

Bynum is putting up 8 points/3 assists in 18mpg this season and is capable of having a few games a season where he can dominate. Maxiel is just a solid 3rd bigman that can play decent defense and hit the 15 footer. Both guys I think would be good additions to your team. Detroit is in rebuild mold and needs to get younger.

Morris is the team's designated defensive stopper apparently so that deal is highly unlikely. and just like the Pistons, Lakers also need youth.

We should really go after bayless or dorrell wright

Ebanks, jamison, earl Clark for wright

Or jamison and earl Clark for bayless

Could we pry Dudley from Phx without giving up Hill?

The current bench lacks a dribble penetration threat. If they had one, Meeks, Jamison (if he ever gets playing time), and Hill would be far more effective.

Would Minnesota do a Blake or Duhon for Barea deal to chop a year off of Barea's contract?

Would never happen, but cool to think about.

For Pau Gasol. Do it Mitch.
Greatest comment I've ever received.

an old aging all star for an young up and coming all star, hmmmm. Maybe a season ago it could have happened but Danny Ferry is kinda smart. He did get rid of iso Joe after all.

edit: this trade never would have happened (since you trade for d12 10 out of 10 times) but...

Chicago out: Noah, Deng
Chicago In: Bynum, meta

Lakers starting 5

Noah
pau
Deng
kobe
Nash

imo that team has everything you need to win a title THIS year. But like i said you never pass on a talent like d12 (who is still recovering btw).

have the lakers tried playing zone? it did help the mavs win in 2011

Hoping that means "NO!No chance of happening" rather than "NO!Do not want"

We had this thread earlier in the season and most of the people didn't want Josh Smith for Pau(not me,I was for the move)

Wondering if Pau's play made somebody change their mind....that's about it,just opinions,an actual move now is pretty much impossible

Josh Smith is playing like a allstar and leading Atlanta with the 3rd best record in the East.

Atlanta will never trade Jsmoove because they want to sign Dwight this offseason, and right now that looks like a real possibility with the way we are playing right now.

In our laker dreams, this ship has long sailed. Pau's trade value will land us nothing of Jsmooves caliber

I see all these trades asking for another offensive player which is ludicrous to me. We have too many offensive minded players in the first place that at the end of the day there's only so many possessions and the offense gets diluted while defense is completely ignored.

Thoughts about targeting Aminu (who is in the doghouse apparently) from NOH?

I would not mind getting him but it would cost us Hill and i'm not willing to really let him go for Aminu. I don't understand why NO thinks playing Austin Rivers is a good idea.

We should target beaseley... We could get gunfire expiring probably.

Duhon only garunteed a portion next year, earl Clark, ebanks for beaseley?
