From what I understand he's not even in LA yet. He'll arrive tomorrow and coach on friday, likely.

but wasn't it out that dantoni said if he got the job he wouldn't need the 6 weeks away from the team.

I bet he get's involved with the team before the six weeks are up, but I honestly don't expect to see him on the sidelines for a while.

that's life... i can not imagine what it will do to us suns fans if the lakers somehow win it all with them two on board. good point would be that they will get rid of their "they were great regular season, but did not win much" image. the negative side: oh well, don't get me started
