When Nash returns

Ok so we know Nash is the starter when he gets back but what happens to the rest of the PG rotation does Morris fall out of the rotation or Duhon and then a few weeks later when Blake is back does he takeover as the backup PG or is he out of the rotation.

curiouser and curiouser

at the very least, d'antoni now has the options to go big, go small, bring defense, bring 3pt shooting etc...

not a bad problem to have

Nash and Blake will be the PG rotation

If Blake doesn't play well,Duhon will take his place

D'Antoni will NOT play 3 PG's

Nash will be closer to 39 and that says a lot.

Am I the only one worried Nash might not be the same after this one?
It doesn't seem like it should be that big a deal but he's been out a long time and still can't run, and doesn't really seem to know when he will be able to again. Plus at his age, it's not easy to recover anyway.
Isn't this the most games he's missed in his career?

Not saying in any way that Nash is done... What I'm worrying about is the belief that Nash's return will mark the end of all our troubles.
I'm worried that at the very least, it may take him a significant portion of the season to get back to 100%. And that maybe a layoff like that could have even more lingering effects.

I look forward to not seeing Morris play again.

There's a lot to be worried about right now, with Nash's health and long-term effectiveness being right at the top of the list. Depth, defense and Pau's knees/effectiveness are right there too.

If his injury has been reported accurately then there is no reason to think he shouldn't be back to 100%. I don't see his conditioning (which is superb) taking a huge hit. He just needs time to heal. LAL is not going to rush him back regardless of how far we fall. Especially with him being our savior and all. Personally, I'm more worried about how long it'll take for us to gel once he's back. Without a trade, I don't see how much better we can get on defense with our personnel. Being an offensive juggernaut seems plausible though.

to be honest, the Lakers should just move forward with Delonte West. He is exact type of player that the Lakers need coming off the bench playing both guard spots, offensively and defensively. I don't think the Lakers care about paying double the minimum salary (due to luxury tax) to make the team much better. However, I think they have a bad taste in their mouth from Delonte dissing their interest and re-signing with the Mavs during the off-season. They really need to look at Delonte and see his overall package.
