and does anyone know the status of time warner and dish network getting a deal done yet????

I had dish network and I waited and waited, got a bunch of discounts because I would complain consistently about not having the Lakers. I waited a week and a half after every other provider made a deal and then I wrote a letter to their executive team email address and asked to be let out of my contact. Didn't word it quite that nicely but anyhoo I got out of my contract and switched.

I suggest you do the same. Dish has pretty much taken their stance.

I switched to Directv now i get my Cowboys (FREE SUNDAY TICKET) and Lakers.

I have Dish Network and enjoying my Lifetime and WE channels

I guess you haven't heard OP, but Dish has already released a statement that they are NOT gona carry Laker channels at all! Lucky for me my friend has twc and has given me access to his online stream acct.

Gonna be switching from Dish to Verizon this month since like everyone has said, they won't be carrying the channel.

Forgive me kids for resurfacing an old thread, but has Dish Network reach a resolution on this matter yet? Are they finally showing Lakers' games now?

It looks like I will be switching to Direct this month.

Nope...they won't be carrying the channel this season either.
