To be positive , yes he did well tonite. He was somewhat a 'beast'.
However to be realistic, he has got to be able to do this against a weak frontcourt of Boston. And with the lowest rebounding numbers for Boston, Dwight should have been able to pick up near twenty rebounds.

His points mostly came from lobs and dunks with clear path to the basket. Or a dandy move around one person. Or else he was stripped and lost the ball a few times. Shouldn't happen.
I know he's recovering and indefinitely will be at "70%" as an excuse which mentally allows him to lax his effort I believe.

Other than that, EARL CLARK was a beast. Odom and/or Bynum numbers he is getting on a consistent basis.

usually that criticism that is levelled at him would be warranted

but his off the ball work this game was superb. his screens actually created room for nash to work and that turned into easy easy buckets for the lakers

ive been calling for it since pre-season we need dwight and MWP to set punishing screens, and until now only nash and clark seemed remotely interested in setting effective screens

You're right they did do a lot of off the ball work now looking back at the replays.
I hope this continues. I don't know but did it seem like the Boston clerics were not all there? Like as if they wanted to give this one to us due to Buss I don't know. I just feel like we had our way bc the other team allowed it.
Ah truly miss the days of shaq and Kobe when we would IMPOSE our will against any team.
And Kobe pau odom when we would FINESSE our will against any team.

This Kobe Dwight Nash team has to find its identity and hope it will be pick n roll c'mon!!

Good game, too bad Houston won tonight =/

I'm thinking we might have a better chance of passing up the Jazz (especially if they trade Milsap) than the Rockets.

Give Jamison some credit. I mean he had a few slip ups, but he hit a few shots that kept the momentum going. A. Jamison (#4)
