Popovich supposedly cursed out D12 during ASG

Then this past weekend, at All-Star weekend – I haven’t’ seen anyone report it, so I guess I’ll be the first.
Coach Gregg Popovich dropped a few f-bombs in Dwight Howard’s direction, during All-Star break. Now why is that guys? Because during the timeout, Gregg Popovich drew up a play for Dwight Howard, in the game…except when it was time to run the play, Dwight Howard wasn’t in the game, wasn’t paying attention, was on the bench in his warm ups chillin' out socializing with folks, and Gregg Popovich almost went ballistic, and basically was cussing at him according to numerous people I spoke to since this weekend.
So, all of that speaks to the focus, or lack there of, that the Kobe Bryant’s and others have alluded to with their comments over the last few months. You can’t have something like that. It’s an All-Star game and you have Gregg Popovich upset at you.
i'm not willing to believe SAS entirely, because well i'd assume others would have quickly reported this too. he's probably exaggerating to make it a story. who knows though, either way not good.

i mean, if it were true...would you honestly be shocked?...dwight doesn't care about basketball or winning...he just cares about his fame and money....he doesn't derserve to wear the purple and gold....and when he goes someplace else, and we win the ship without him...he's gonna look very very foolish....

Secondly, I love Howard cause me and him have similar playing styles. We dominate the paint but we both suck at freethrows, but when an iconic coach/head coach curses you, damn. D12 join the Heat (take a cut though)

I think there may be some truth but i'm sure extra salt and pepper were added to sell the story.

Man, I hope everything works out for you guys. This guy seems like a total head case to all the other teams in the NBA. I'm just glad he didn't want to come to Chicago.

Completely believable story... Almost expected at this point... But no reason to accept it at face value either.

I find it hard to believe Pop was drawing up plays during the game (especially in the 1st 3 quarters). I also find it hard to believe that Stephen A Smith just happened to be sitting next to the bench and was the only person who heard this go down and then reports this several days after the fact.
This Dwight hatred is going a little overboard. Sure you can hate the guy for his play on the court and what he actually says during interviews, but it's a little ridiculous to hate him for reports that other people are making up about him and believe every report that shows him in a negative light.

I like how Pop went from "dropping f-bombs" in the beginning of the quote to "basically was cussing at him."
