One team; two systems

Like the title says, would we be able to have Kobe facilitating halfcourt and Nash running small ball? You often hear the word "rhythm" mentioned with later. Could the systems be used interchangeably every 4-5 possessions?

That's not really 2 systems... And I've seen us run that effectively.
I'm not sure if this is by design or not, because it seems to happen kind of hap-hazzardly, I think we react to match-ups with regard to who facilitates. I think it's more of an adjustment thing.
But that is essentially our 'system' from a facilitation standpoint.

Anyhow, they already do that. Just not instinctively as determined by the flow of the game yet, but at least they're that far. Hopefully by the playoffs they'll have that dialed in.
