Kudos to Mitch

Post#1 » by Kobe System » Fri Jul 12, 2013 3:35 am

With only MMLE and Vet minimum to work with, not to mention only a year of contract to offer, he got us Chris Kaman, Nick Young and Jordan Farmar. Still the best GM in the league hands down. Kudos to him. I am so excited on what he can do next offseason and the one after that. #LIKEABOSS

So what's our plan then? We're getting decent players so are we making a run for the chip or is the goal simply making the playoffs.

I really like the Nick Young signing. I expect more deals to be made, our roster isn't set

Your 2013//14 Lakers:

Nash/Farmar/Selby
Bryant/Young/Selby
Rush/Johnson/Douglas-Roberts
Hill/Odom/Kelly
Gasol/Kaman/Sacre

Can replace Selby with Lester Hudson as well. Interesting lineup for sure, with potentially the best bench we've seen in quite some time? Let's see if Mitch thinks the way I do.

smh we should be tanking

plus we would get to see kobe shoot like 40 times a game

docphano would have a mild stroke, but it would be so worth

Mitch Kupchak is hands down and by faaaar the best GM in sports. he brought in 3 very serviceable players for pennies.

Before anyone gets hurt patting Mitch on the back, the real beauty of these contracts is that they are all for just one year...!

Lakers will be lucky to win (35) games next season, but with some awesome talent available in the 2014 draft and uber cap space, I having no problem with a down season.

Tariq, first of all if Odom comes back he starts over Hill. Whose Johnson? Selby, CDR, Sacre, and Kelly are members of the summer league team you really expect 4 summer league players to make the main roster. And finally if by Rush you mean Brandon he was just traded to the Jazz so he isn't going nowhere
