Worst position possible....we either in the playoffs or we're top 5 worst
That's how I see it and want it to be

so hill said his hip isn't going to be 100% :(

also that his idea to develop a jumper came mostly from a sit down conversation he had with kobe, says he's feeling comfortable with his jumper.

so far everyone has stated that the main issue last yr was that people in the locker room didn't get along.

nash reinforces the idea that the team has way better chemistry this yr, says that pau should be a lot better now that he doesn't have to accommodate dwight.

about injuries, he said that the team had some terrible luck, brought up that the suns training staff always gets talked about but the lakers staff is just as good.

Kobe said that chemistry should automatically be better from the simple fact that there's people like farmar and kurt that know that an aggressive style will win, and not the "lets have fun" stuff that was present last yr.

Thanks for the updates.

Love what I'm hearing about chemistry, but that was to be expected now that Howard is no longer in the picture.

Health will be the only thing stopping this team from being good.

Anything about Kobe's status?

Read about a week ago he's running at 75% on the Anti Gravitational treadmill......not even running full 100%
He needs to do that first until he can add strength and work out at full force

At this point there's no way he's ready for the season opener

Kobe made a comment yesterday that he thinks he'll be ready for the season opener.

“Now it’s about cutting the recovery time, I should be OK [for the start of the season],” Bryant said in an interview with The National, a website in Dubai.

health was the main point that both nash and kobe and i think pau looked at when discussing what was most important for this next season.

kobe said he has no timetable, that he'll be ready when he's ready.

Kobe on recovery "going well.. progressing quickly..have to make sure it holds up..endurance is there.. Muscle explosion is there"

If endurance and muscle explosion are there already then that's pretty damn impressive. I haven't heard any word about Kobe actually playing basketball so there's no telling how he came to that conclusion though.

No doubt the chemistry will be better, this whole " I wanna have fun / lets have fun" ain't winning titles.

Absolutely!
Chemsitry will be a ton better, because we now have people who want to be on this team.
Hopefully no one will be pouting that they didn't get the ball on offense.

I am hoping that our transition defense will be a little better because we have some young legs.
I'm also hoping that the half-court defense will not take a huge step back now that our 2 best individual defenders are no longer here.
But chemsitry is the key to defense. Players who like playing with each other, will cover each better as team defenders.

Let's go Lakers!!!
