1 and 2 are obviously the title wins, but here goes...
3. Game 2 2008 WCF (30 point win over the Spurs, it just felt so freaking good to be that dominant again. The confidence was unreal, it was then that I knew the Lakers were back to stay)
4. Game 6 2009 WCF (Kobe with one of the best performances of his career, just buried the Nuggets in an absolute blowout. I think we realized right then the title was ours without a doubt.)
5. Christmas day win over Boston, 2008-09 (the confidence boost we needed IMO. It took the shadow of game 6 of the '08 Finals from over us and snapped the Cs 19 game win streak).
6. Snapping Cleveland's 23 game winning streak in 2009 when Kobe has the flu, Odom puts up 28/17. Basically the game we cement ourselves as the firm title favorites.)
7. Game 6 2010 WCF (Kobe with another superfluous performance, hitting the most ridiculous shots)
8. 131-96 win over Dallas in 2010, hit like 15 threes, the entire bench exploded, just showed the ceiling of the team we had.

2008 season road game at the New Jersey Nets... Pau 1st game in a Lakers uniform
.
2009 Game 6 vs Denver on the road. Kobe and Lamar Odom were unbelievable that game. I remember on 1st Take on ESPN that morning of the game Andre iguodala told Skip Bayless, he had a feeling Kobe was gonna put on an epic preformance
2010 Finals game 1. Pau was awesome that game
2010 Game 5 vs Utah on the road. Man we really smashed them that game
2010 NBA Finals Game 7 against Boston... I was sooooo happy for Ron Artest to perform like that at that moment. He was able to shake the demons from past mistakes because of that.
Then of course the Raptor home game last season where Kobe made all those clutch 3's

Best regular season game - Win @ Boston in OT in 2009. Boston was leading the entire game, but could never pull away. We hung in there all night and made some big plays at the end of regulation and OT. The feeling of winning in Boston (first time being there since the 39 point blowout in 08) was epic and the bench's reaction after Allen lost control of the ball at the buzzer was great. I believe we also won the next regular season game in Boston the following season. The highlights of the game are not only sick, but bring back great memories:

Best playoff game - Other than the 2 title wins? Tough choice, but I'll never forget how we beat Boston in game 3 of the 2010 Finals.

that one home game vs the Spurs...it was a payback game because we lost to them in San Antonio from a fluke and-1 shot by Roger Mason.....we so dominated them at home, Pop pulled out his big 3 early in the fourth

It was on the road wasn't it? That was probably the most dominant regular season game I've ever seen from the Lakers after 2008. Everything was going our way and we couldn't miss. At the same time, San Antonio couldn't catch a break or get anything going.

1. 2010 Finals Game 7 against Boston
The intensity was amazing throughout the game. I was stunned and afraid of losing the whole way, until momentum shifted to us and that huge scoring frenzy in the closing minutes left me in awe. Artest's late 3..
I had no more nails left to bite afterwards.
2. 2010 WCF Game 6 vs Phoenix
I felt like we had that one in the bag early on. When the Suns went on that ridiculous scoring binge in the 4th I was like "damn s.hit got real now" and really started fearing that they might win, especially since Pau was struggling and Kobe didn't really assert himself...until he hit 3 of the most ridiculous shots that I've ever seen to close out a masetful series. It was after that game when I was thinking "no way we're not repeating with this guy on our team".
3. 2009 Game 1 vs Orlando
Having watched Orlando beat the Cavs with LeBron putting up something like 40 pgg for the series, I felt like they were going to have the advantage going into that series. After Kobe delivered a beat down of epic proportions and we basically locked up Dwight who had been amazing before, I knew we were going to win and never had any doubt the whole way.
4. 2010 Finals Game 3
After just witnessing Ray Allen blowing up @ Staples and Celtics making it a close game late in the 4th, I thought that being down 2-1 with 2 games left in Boston would be very unlikely to overcome. D-Fish came through, though, and the win @ Boston just gave me a lot of confidence in the team.
5. 2008 Game 4 vs San Antonio
Sweeping the Spurs, ripping through the entire Western Conference in a dominating fashion gave me unreal condifence in LAL. As ardee mentioned, that was the type of championship game that made me recognize that LA was back on the map

We didn't sweep the Spurs in 2008, we won in five.
